Introduction of Spherical Carbon Products

Spherical carbon is high quality lignite and anthracite as raw materials, through binders, catalysts, mixed molding, carbonization, activation packaging. The production process includes anthracite, catalytic reforming with adhesives, crushing, mixing into spheres, drying, carbonization, activation, packaging and storage. It has the characteristics of large specific surface area, good adsorption performance, high strength, good desulfurization performance and large sulfur capacity.

Use of Spherical Carbon

 1. Spherical carbon is mainly used for gas desulfurization, water gas purification, semi-water gas purification, oil field gas purification, natural gas purification and sulfur gas purification of gasification.

12, Liquid phase adsorption, such as using activated carbon adsorption in the sugar industry discolor the sugar solution;Use activated carbon discolor the organic material in chemical industry;Use activated carbon to purify the organic impurities in plating bath, to guarantee the quality of plating surface and used for removing phenol wastewater, etc.

Common specifications

The common specifications of spheroidal charcoal are 3-5mm (minimum specification), 5-8mm, 8-12mm (maximum), and the maximum particle size is 700 meshes.

Specific gravity appearance

The proportion of spherical carbon is 0.75g/cm3 and its appearance is black spherical. Low iodine value, low viscosity, need to add adhesives.
